What data we process and why

  1. Email communications. If you write to us, we will process your name, email address and any data you include in your message to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, manage any resulting relationship (for example, the sale or rental of a property).
    • Legal basis: your consent when contacting us and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
    • Retention: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities.
  2. Web analytics. Only if you accept it in the cookie banner, Google Analytics will collect browsing data (pages viewed, device, approximate location, cookie identifiers) to produce aggregate usage statistics.
    • Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 LSSI-CE), which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings".
    • Retention: 14 months.

This website has no forms or user registration. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email providers have access to it as data processors, as does Google Ireland Ltd. if you accept analytics cookies. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to enable JavaScript to see the email. If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
